The Vital PT Approach
Hi, I’m Dr. Samantha, a pelvic floor physical therapist with a passion for helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies through every phase of life.
I discovered this path during graduate school when I learned that something as common as menstrual cramps could be tied to pelvic floor and abdominal muscle dysfunction. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how the body works as a whole, not just in isolated systems.
I work with women experiencing everything from bladder leakage, prolapse discomfort, constipation, and chronic pelvic pain. What sets my approach apart is that I don’t just focus on symptoms. I take a full-body perspective to create long-lasting change. Your posture, breathing, core strength, and daily habits all matter, and I help you piece it all together.
After having my own child via cesarean, I personally experienced how tough recovery can be. I struggled with troublesome scar tissue and rebuilding core strength. That journey deepened both my empathy and my clinical insight. Healing is not always linear, and I’m right there with you every step of the way.
If you’re ready to have open, honest conversations about pelvic health and start feeling better in your body. I’m here for you.
