Pelvic Pain Physical Therapy in St. Charles, MO

Specialized Pelvic Floor Care Guiding you to Long Term Pain Reduction

Pelvic pain can feel confusing, frustrating, and incredibly isolating. You may have been told it’s “normal,” that you just have to live with it, or that nothing is wrong. Pain is a sign your body is clearly asking for help. You’re not imagining it, and there is treatment options to help.

As a certified pelvic floor physical therapist, I provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate space to understand what your body is going through. Pelvic pain can show up in many ways such as pain with sitting, intimacy, exercise, bowel or bladder symptoms, or ongoing tension that never seems to let up. My role is to listen carefully, look at the whole picture, and work with you to uncover the root causes of your symptoms.

Treatment is always personalized and guided by your consent and comfort. We focus on restoring movement, reducing pain, and helping you reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and not overwhelming. Healing doesn’t have to be rushed, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

You deserve care that takes your pain seriously and supports your goals, your boundaries, and your life.
