Low Back & Hip Physical Therapy in St. Charles, MO

Whole-Body Physical Therapy to Address the Root Cause of Pain

Low back pain and hip pain are two of the most common reasons people seek physical therapy and yet many cases persist because the true source of the problem isn’t fully assessed. At Vital Physical Therapy, our physical therapy approach goes beyond the painful area to evaluate the entire body, including the pelvic floor.

As pelvic floor–trained physical therapists, we understand how the core, hips, spine, and pelvic floor work together. In some cases, chronic or recurring low back or hip pain may be influenced by pelvic floor dysfunction and identifying this early can lead to faster relief and better long-term outcomes.

Are you struggling with low back, hip, or tailbone pain that isn’t getting better with traditional approaches like you expect?

You may benefit from a consultation with a pelvic floor physical therapist. The pelvic floor, core, low back, and hip work together constantly throughout your day to support you and keep you doing everything you love. If we treat everything including the pelvic floor where the root of symptoms sometimes lie then we can get fast, long term recovery from pain.
